Health insurance is available to under an AJC & Son group plan. AJC & Son offers 2 high deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a Health Savings Account (HSA). A Health Savings Account is an employee owned bank account for those participating in a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
401(k) Qualified Retirement Plan
AJC & Son provides eligible Employees with a 401(k) Retirement plan as a means to save for your retirement.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time employees are eligible for PTO. PTO can be used as vacation time, sick time, or to take care of personal matters.
AJC & Son observes 8 designated holidays per year.
AJC & Son provides all full-time, eligible Employees with life insurance at no cost to the Employee.
AJC & Son Gear
Many of our Employees enjoy wearing AJC & Son logo'd clothing as a way to demonstrate pride in the company. We have affordable gear for their purchase.
In addition, All employees will be issued an AJC & Son uniform as well as required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Employees will receive a credit each year to allow for the purchase or upgrade of PPE.
